The hotel design takes advantage of restrictions on the site to create a unique form consisting of a stepping and angled massing, as well as maximizing the available gross floor area. The hotel is 10,925 sq.m and features 70 luxury hotel rooms and 28 luxury suites. In addition, the lower portion of the building consists of eight high-ceiling commercial floors housing a casino, spa, and two restaurant levels.
